Fermented and matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, our wines preserve vibrant fruit character and lively freshness, delivering clarity and purity in every glass.

Rooted in the heart of Burgundy, every wine in our collection is backed by the expertise of a renowned fifth-generation family of French winegrowers. Their legacy spans over a century and has been featured in prestigious publications such as Forbes, Euronews, La Revue du Vin de France, and Le Point. With recent investments in state-of-the-art facilities, this family masterfully blends tradition and innovation, ensuring our wines embody quality, consistency, and authentic character in every vintage.

Our wines are aged for six months in traditional concrete tanks, which maintains the pure varietal expression and mineral-driven freshness, developing a refined texture and complexity—without masking their authentic character.

58 Fahrenheit is a consortium of franco-american professionals who have pooled together their creativity, networks, expertise, their savoir-faire talents and their business knowledge to bring you French wine in sustainable kegs. 

Born in Paris and deeply rooted in the world of hospitality, Nanou has called New Orleans home for over 40 years. In 1983, he founded La Crêpe Nanou, a beloved French bistro that’s become a fixture of the city’s dining scene. With decades of hands-on experience as a restaurateur and bar owner, Nanou knows firsthand the challenges and frustrations of serving wine by the glass from bottles—waste, spoilage, storage, and inconsistency. Fourteen years ago, he began working tirelessly to perfect a better way. 58 Fahrenheit is the direct result of his vision, dedication, and inventive spirit: a system imagined, developed, and refined by Nanou to solve the problems that plague restaurant wine programs. Every aspect of 58, from concept to execution, is driven by his determination to create an efficient, reliable, and industry-changing solution for restaurateurs everywhere.

With a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado, Cedric serves as CFO of 58 Fahrenheit. His main responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing customer invoices, and ensuring payments are processed efficiently.

Krystle Carbuccia

With a master’s degree in Marketing and a passion for wine and design, Krystle brought a fresh vision to 58 Fahrenheit through a full-scale rebrand. As our brand strategist, manager, designer, and story-creator, she has given 58 Fahrenheit its unique identity—a compelling presence that stands out and resonates with the right audience. Krystle didn’t just shape the look and feel of the brand; she breathed soul into it, ensuring that every part of our messaging, market positioning, and customer experience feels intentional and authentic. Over the past four years, she has been the driving force behind how 58 shows up in the world, nurturing its evolution while remaining true to our vision. Krystle continues to guide and nurture 58 Fahrenheit as we grow, so our brand story is as rich, dynamic, and inviting as the wines we share.
