Very aromatic nose, marked by red and black fruits such as cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries. Spicy notes.

Round attack. Supple and
elegant tannins. The structure is enhanced by a light vivacity, making its richness.

Clay-limestone soil.
Temperate climate with a favourable sunlight, but with strong variations due to the conflicts between the oceanic, continental and Mediterranean influences.
Pinot noir 100%.

Work in reducing atmosphere preserves the sparkle of the aromas. Pre-fermentation, cold maceration for 5-6 days to extract intense fruit. Alcoholic fermentation in
stainless steel, temperature controlled vats. Maceration for 3 weeks with 2 short
pumpings per day for more gentle extraction. Malolactic fermentation.
